Steph's Gluten Free Guilt Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
Pinch of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all dry ingredients together. Melt coconut oil and whisk together with maple syrup until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla. Add wet mixture to dry. Mix together. Add chocolate chips. Put 1 inch balls onto lined baking sheet, flatten slightly. Cook 10-12 min or until golden.
YUMMMYYYY. Fav gluten free cookie. They are moist and delicious. :)
*Rachael's Notes* After Steph had her appendix out, she couldn't do a lot so she baked for two straight weeks. She brought a bag of cookies to my house and they were gone in about 2 days.
