Let Steph Sidwell be your healthy helper during this holiday season. No reason why healthy eating can't be tasty! Today's breakfast: Chia pudding:
Combine 2 tbsp chia seeds with 1/2 almond or coconut milk.
- add flavor if desire ex. Vanilla extract, maple syrup, cocoa powder, cinnamon
Mix together well by stirring and shaking.
Leave for at least 5 hours or over night (preferred)
Top with whatever you want! Fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, granola. I topped with blueberries, banana and a paleo granola, and a touch of cinnamon.
Good for breakfast or desert :)
