Travel Diaries: San Fran

I wanted to go back through some adventures from a year ago. In an effort to get as many travel stories up to help you all plan your adventures. So, here is a few pictures from my trip to San Fran.

San Francisco is not my favorite city. The vibe is freer and more casual than my personality. It feels kind of small and huge at the same time. I can still enjoy a trip as I do find the city interesting and peaceful.

If you can I always suggest using AIRBNB. I love feeling like I have a home to go back to and it's usually more affordable than a hotel. We found an awesome spot in Nob Hill.

We started the day with brunch in Nob Hill at a place named not coincidentally, Nob Hill cafe. The brunch was great and had lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Then we headed towards Ghiradelli Square. We walked and I don't know that was the best option because it was hot that day and it was steep. I know that's not very surprising considering the city but I did not need to work out that day. Kind of made me think of The Sweetest Thing when she's dancing up the hills.

Ghiradelli Square is right along the water. It's pretty beautiful so that was where I took my out of the day photo that day. I sat at the shore soaking up the sun and then enjoyed all the little tourist shops. Before we went to a diner for lunch. Just a word about me: I eat A LOT of vacation :)

My favorite way to see a city is by walking it. So, I tried my best since I only have one full day in San Fran. But it is such a large and spread out that after a walk around the park and seeing the Golden Gate, I had to take a cab to Haight Ashbury.

After some vintage shopping, I bought some new sunnies and like any good fashion blogger, I needed to take a selfie. Totally caught in the act.

Finally, it's dinner time but of course, I decided to walk in order to see San Fran, all the way to the Mission District for some Mexican food.

Finally, I'm completely wiped out and ready to head back to the apartment before taking on the next adventure down the shore line in Cali.
