I've been on a bit of a health kick lately. It all started out with a really simple cleanse and now it's more about me balancing my gluten free pizza obsession with really great nutrition.
My friend, Sophie, has this great superfood line (@philosophielove on IG). I've been drinking up the shake like it's nobody's business. They are super healthy, packed with nutrients and vitamins and very tasty to boot. It also has a fair amount of protein. Since I am a pescetarian, knowing my protein intake is very important to me.
