Every once in a while, you just need a bowl of carb-filled goodness. It's even better if it's fast to whip up. So, here is the recipe of my Simple Lemon Pasta:
- 1 pound spaghetti (I use fresh made pasta and always gluten free as I have an allergy)
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
Boil the Pasta. Drain the water and combine all the ingredients in the pot. It's that simple but oh so tasty! Enjoy!
