Vegan Bagel Sandwich by The Hungry Bunny Eats

I love to try new recipes. I don't eat eat but I eat fish. Every once in a while, I like to try to eat vegan just to shake things up in my body :) When I'm looking for great vegan recipes, I go to my friend Gianna. Ingredients:

Everything bagel

Vegan mayo

Crushed fresh garlic

Horseradish

Dill

Black pepper

Red leaf lettuce

Cherry tomatoes

Grilled eggplant

Pickled red cabbage

White onion

Toast the everything bagel (I do a GF bagel - RF) then simply pile on the ingredients. Top the bagel with it's other half, take a bite, and enjoy. Filling, satisfying, and over-all healthy. A yummy way to start your morning or a tasty lunch.
