Life seems to be moving both in slow motion and warp speed. It's as if I don't have enough time in the day but the days are moving too slowly. With the stress of big changes on the horizon, I'm trying to stay as organized and peaceful as possible. 


These steps include meditation, making lists, doing ab exercises at random periods of the day, listening to a lot of Selena Gomez, yoga, reading Letting Go and You're A Badass, and completely pretending nothing is happening. I feel like I can just block it out until the changes actually happen then there is no reason to fear or stress because there is nothing I can do about it anyway. Thank God for Game of Thrones fan theories, am I right? What do you think about that coping method? Anyone else just as terrible with change?
